These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and MindBolt ("MindBolt", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website located at www.mindbolt.sg, the MindBolt application, and any related online services (collectively, our "Services").
In these Terms, "you" refers to the parent or guardian ("Adult") who registers and manages access to our Services on behalf of a child. You represent and warrant that you are an Adult with the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you take full responsibility for any child you authorise to use our Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To use MindBolt, you must register an account and provide accurate information as requested. You represent that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and you will keep it up to date. Every account must be created and managed by an Adult. An Adult may authorise their child to use the Services under the Adult's account.
One subscription is intended for one child at one grade level. You may not register multiple accounts to circumvent the free trial or extend subscription access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at mindbolt.sg@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or account rights to any other party.
By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related communications, including trial reminders (e.g. day-5 renewal notice), billing notifications, and platform updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
MindBolt offers the following subscription plans:
We will send you a reminder email on day 5 of your trial before any charge is made. All fees are payable in Singapore Dollars. We do not provide refunds for prepaid subscription periods, except where required by applicable Singapore law.
We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to share such information with these processors for the purpose of completing your purchase. We are not liable for data breaches caused by third-party payment processors through no fault of our own.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled. To cancel, email us at mindbolt.sg@gmail.com before your renewal date. We endeavour to process cancellation requests within 24 hours. You will retain access to the Services for the remainder of your paid period after cancellation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, without refund. If we suspect that information you have provided is false or that you are violating these Terms, we may restrict your access to the Services immediately.
